A g\u00e1lyarabs\u00e1gra \u00edt\u00e9lt 41 magyar protest\u00e1ns lelk\u00e9sz \u00e9s tan\u00edt\u00f3 k\u00f6z\u00fcl 26-an maradtak \u00e9letben. \u0150ket szabad\u00edtotta fel 1676-ban De Ruyter Mih\u00e1ly admir\u00e1lis \u2013 eml\u00e9keztetett Pusztai G\u00e1bor, a Debreceni Egyetem N\u00e9derlandisztika Tansz\u00e9k\u00e9nek vezet\u0151je.<\/p>\n<p>Bar\u00e1th B\u00e9la, a Reform\u00e1tus Hittudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem rektora az esem\u00e9nyeket felid\u00e9zve azt mondta: a felszabad\u00edt\u00e1shoz vezet\u0151 esem\u00e9nyek sora m\u00e1r 1671-ben elkezd\u0151d\u00f6tt.
